Hello, my name is Safran Jarrett, and I’ve been a caregiver for over 12 years. My journey began when I cared for my stepfather—now 101 years old—who lives with chronic conditions like dementia, prostate cancer, hypertension, and blindness. Supporting him taught me the true value of being present for someone during their most vulnerable times. That experience ignited my passion for caregiving.

Since then, I’ve worked in various settings, refining my skills in empathy, communication, and patient care. Caregiving is essential—not just physically but emotionally. Whether it’s helping with medication or offering a listening ear, we make a real impact on people’s quality of life.
One experience I’ll never forget was helping deliver a baby on the roadside. I saw a car pulled over, stopped to assist, and ended up helping a young woman give birth safely. We stayed with her until medics arrived. That day reminded me how powerful it is to simply be there for others.
Working with Caregiver Group, Inc. has been refreshing. I feel respected and supported—something I didn’t always experience at traditional agencies. The coordinators listen, help with schedules, and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Stephanie Parsons, the founder, leads with heart. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and deeply invested in both caregivers and clients. She’s not just a manager—she’s a mentor and a role model. Stephanie inspires the whole team to give their best.
Caregiver Group is more than just a workplace—it’s a community. Whether you’re new or experienced, there’s ongoing support, training, and encouragement to help you grow. I’ve even overheard other caregivers from outside companies talk about the great reputation of Caregiver Group—without realizing I was part of it!
The higher pay structure has allowed me to lower my stress and focus on delivering great care. When you feel valued, you give more—and our clients benefit.
Best of all, families save money too. Caregiver Group cuts out agency overhead, so clients pay a fair rate directly to caregivers like me. They get better value, and we’re fairly compensated. Everyone wins.

At Caregiver Group, Inc., care is more than a job—it’s a commitment to doing what’s right, together.
